Marie Schulte:

Marie Schulte is from Chicago, IL. and came to VA Beach in 1996 with the NAVY. Marie was one of the first women stationed on the aircraft carrier USS Roosevelt. She received a Navy achievement medal for maintaining the $212 million dollar aircraft parts inventory. She was also responsible for initiating training of logistics sailors on board the USS Theodore Roosevelt. Over 78% of sailors advanced. Best department advancement record in history. Marie was also a small business owner for 13 years and had several successful retail locations. She served as President of the Addison Chamber of Commerce and served as a Director on the DuPage County Visitors Bureau.
